Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their state).

Employees, officers, and immediate family members of Pink Slips Performance are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

How to Enter

Purchase Method

Participants will receive entries based on the pre-tax amount spent on eligible merchandise at PinkSlipsPerformance.com.

Entries are automatically calculated and assigned after each completed purchase.

No Purchase Necessary (Mail-In Entry)

To enter without a purchase, handwrite the following on a 3” x 5” card:

  • Full Name
  • Mailing Address
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Name of the Giveaway

Must be postmarked before the end date and received within 7 days after. Limit one entry per envelope.

Mail-in entries receive the same number of entries as the minimum purchase entry amount.

Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

Winner Selection

A random drawing will be conducted at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period.

A third-party sweepstakes administrator will select the potential winner. All decisions are final and binding.

Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted via email and/or phone.

Failure to respond, verify eligibility, or accept the prize may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Purchase Policy

All purchases associated with Sweepstakes entries are final.

No refunds, returns, or cancellations will be permitted once entries have been issued.

Vehicle Prize Terms

  • Winner responsible for all taxes
  • Winner responsible for registration, insurance, and licensing
  • Valid driver’s license may be required
  • Prize may be substituted with equal or greater value
  • Delivery coordinated with winner
